Fresh bell peppers stuffed with ground turkey, quinoa and vegetables; seasoned with Cajun spice.

•1 cup chicken broth (no salt)
•1 cup cooked quinoa
•5 bell peppers
•3 cloves garlic, minced
•1/2 pound ground turkey
•2 tablespoons premade Cajun seasoning
•Dash of Salt and pepper (to taste)
•1/2 white onion
•1 large carrot, diced
•1 can tomato sauce
•1 tablespoon oil
