If you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re looking to enjoy a summer salad that\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s full of originality, is packed with flavour and delivers a spicy kick, then perhaps this is the salad for you!

100g mixed salad leaves, pre washed
1 red pepper, de seeded and sliced
2 finger chillies, sliced
1 160g can of tuna, in spring water, drained
7-8 black olives, sliced
1/3 of a cucumber, sliced thinly Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
