Spicy Shrimp with Bean Curd

half pound shrimp with shell
One bean curd cut into small pieces
One onion red or yellow cut into small pieces
One bag of green onion cut into small pieces
Two cups corn starch
Two cups sambal olek
One table spoon paprika
Two tea spoons oyster sauce
First cut the bean curd into small pieces, then heat the wok with two cups of vegetable oil. Fry the bean curd until it turn to brown then remove from the wok. Mix the shrimp with corn starch then use the same wok that use for the bean curd. Cook the shrimp two minutes for both side then remove it from the wok. Fry the onion & using the same wok, cook until it turn yellow then put the sambal olek & mix with the onion two minutes. Put the oyster sauce & the paprika together, stir the sauce then put the shrimp and bean curd. Mix them well then put the green onion, stir them well & cover for two minutes. Then you finish cooking.
