Spinach Bow Tie Pasta Salad

This is hands down the best pasta salad I've ever had.

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup Teriyaki sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 Tbsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salad:
16 oz. bow tie pasta
6 oz. bag Craisins
3 {11 oz.} cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
6 oz. honey roasted peanuts, chopped
11 oz. bag of baby spinach

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together until sugar is dissolved.
Cook pasta according to directions.
In a large bowl, pour the dressing over the pasta. Stir well...
