Greek traditional spinach pie with home made easy-dough

FOR DOUGH

500gr flour for pies or all-purpose flour
200-300ml water
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons salt

SPINACH FILLING

1 kilo spinach rinsed and chopped
Green onions (one bunch)
Dill (one bunch)
2 eggs
500gr Feta or any other white cheese (crumbled)
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
