Sponge Rasgulla is melt-in-mouth soft paneer ball-shaped dumpling which is cooked in a light syrup made of sugar.

Milk - ­ 1 Liter (Use full Milk Cow Milk)
White vinegar or lemon juice - 3 tbsp + 1.5 tbsp more if needed.
Sugar - 1 1/­2 Cups
Water - 7½ cups
Cardamom pods - 3-4 (Optional)
