This is the most versatile resillient oatmeal cookie recipe ever. You can substitute the butter for the applesauce to make a lower fat cookie. Add nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut, or a combination of all of those makes these cookies delicious, and no two times baking them are the same! This recipe also makes a ton, so you can freeze half and have cookies later. Happy baking!
