Celebrate St.Patrick’s Day with this sweet cupcake that has a hidden shamrock and a cute cupcake topper!

Green Cake:
½ stick unsalted butter-softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
3 ounces milk
green food coloring
Cupcake:
1 stick of unsalted butter-softened
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1-3.4 ounce box vanilla instant pudding mix
1½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ milk
Frosting:
8 ounce cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
2¼ cup confectioner\'s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
