How do you feed the whole family with just one steak and still have a hearty meal? Make Steak Pizzaiola...A hearty beef and marinara dish served over crusty bread.

Steak Pizzaiola

1-1 1/2 pound Sirloin or other steak cut into thin strips
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in the garlic. Stir constantly until just golden, be careful not to burn. Toss in steak slices and saute for 3-5 minutes. Add oregano and parsley....
