2lbs thin sliced steak- such as flank steak
3 tbs butter
2 large cloves fresh garlic- chopped
1 tsp dried basil
1 medium green bell pepper- sliced
1 medium red bell pepper- sliced
1/2 medium white onion- sliced
salt, pepper, olive oil spray
