Tender chicken cooked to perfection in a spicy, honey marinade by Sugar Salt Magic

1 onion, chopped into 8ths
Olive Oil
2 tsp butter
Salt
¼ cup honey
1 ½ Tbsp harissa paste (30ml)*
Juice & zest of half a lemon
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
