Straight Outta the Bowl Salad

This super tasty salad is sure to be a hit whether you take it to a cookout or just eat it straight outta the bowl.

1 Large Bag of Spinach
1 15 oz can Black Beans
1 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans
2 Avocados
2 Chicken Breasts, boiled and shredded, cooled
Cumin, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese, to taste
Wash the spinach and beans, then toss them together in a large bowl. Season chicken breasts with cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. I used about 3 tbsp each of cumin and cayenne, and then about 1 tbsp of paprika. Toss to coat evenly, then mix into salad. Cube the avocados and gently mix them into the salad. Top with as much cheese as desired, or mix cheese into salad.
