Strawberry Cantaloupe Salad with Mint & Feta

Don't be afraid of the unique combination of ingredients in this salad. It's delicious!

1/2 cantaloupe, seeded, rind removed, and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cups hulled, quartered strawberries
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
15 medium fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

In a medium bowl, combine cantaloupe, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and pepper. Stir to combine. Stir in feta and fresh mint just before serving.
