Fast easy Ice cream

1 Cup 2% Milk
pinch of salt
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon Strawberry Extract
2/3 cup Chocolate chips
*optional* 1 cup chopped strawberries
