½ cup cream of coconut
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup cream of coconut
1 cup frozen strawberries
Add the ice into the food processor and process until ice is the consistency of shaved ice, there should be no large pieces.
Add in the cream of coconut and pulse for 30 seconds to mix with the ice.
