A delicate Frangipane Tart topped with fresh strawberries and a sweet, fresh Strawberry Syrup by Sugar Salt Magic

For the pastry;
150g butter, cubed & chilled
195g plain flour
2 Tbsp icing sugar
3-4 Tbsp iced water

For the Frangipane Filling;
1/2 cup white sugar
125g butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp plain flour
1 cup almond meal
250g strawberries, hulled & halved

For the Strawberry Syrup;
250g strawberries, hulled & quartered
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
