A bright and easy lemon loaf bursting with strawberries! Dairy free and whole wheat.

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup +2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
1 (4 serving) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/4 cup strawberries, diced

1 stalk celery
2 green onions
