Strawberry Macaron with Pink Moscato Buttercream

Freeze dried strawberryes flavor the shells while Pink Moscato wine flavors the buttercream filling. YUM!

7 ounces powdered sugar
4 ounces almond meal or flour
2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries, finely ground to a powder
4 ounces egg whites, room temperature
pinch cream of tartar
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 1/2 ounces granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Pink Moscato
2 - 2 drops red gel food coloring
