A delightful twist on traditional cream puffs!

For the Puffs
2 3/4 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups water
1 stick plus 2 tbsp butter
4 large eggs
For the strawberry mousse: (adapted from chow.com)
2 tablespoons water
1 (1/4-ounce) packet unflavored gelatin
8 ounces strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut into large dice
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¾ cup heavy cream
