Strawberry Pretzel Pie

No bake strawberry Jello pie in a sweet and salty pie crust.

1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter ( melted )
1 cup diced strawberries
1 box strawberry jello
1 packet plain gelatin ( Knox )
1 cup boiling water
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip ( for garnish )
