1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup pizza sauce
1/4 pound pepperoni sliced
1/4 pound canadian bacon sliced
6-8 slices provolone cheese
1/4 pound italian sausage cooked, crumbled
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 egg white
2 tablespoons water
1 cup warm water
