Stuffed and Baked Mini Peppers

Super Bowl Sunday evening, what else can you relish rather than having Stuffed and Baked Mini Peppers without getting out of macros of your diet plan too!!

6-8 mini bell peppers
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon freshly chopped garlic or garlic powder
1 tablespoon TABASCO hot sauce (optional as per spice level)
2 tablespoons spring onions or cilantro

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Wash and cut the mini peppers. Split each pepper in half lengthwise scoop out the seeds.
3.Arrange on a baking tray and set aside.
4. Mix rest of the ingredients, garlic, cilantro, Tabasco pepper sauce, in a large bowl. Keep mixing until the mixture becomes uniform.
5.Stuff each mini bell pepper with the filling. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese and cilantro on the top.
6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Allow the stuffed peppers to cool before enjoying.
