[Stuffed] Pizza Rolls with Chicken and Peppers

To make my pizza dough, I used:
1 (.25 ounce) package of active dry yeast
2 cups of warm water
3 tablespoons of oil
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
4 cups of all-purpose flour
Filling:
Chicken
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Bell peppeprs, diced
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Paprika
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Crushed rosemary
Basil leaves
Thyme leaves
