Wet Ingredients:
¼ cup vegan butter melted (I use Earth Balance in the red tub)
2 TBSP melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
? cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use SILK brand)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Center Filling:
Strawberry Jam
Frosting:
3 cups confectioners/powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla
