2 12 oz bags cranberries
juice and zest of 1 orange
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or water can be substituted)
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup
