Sugar Free Pineapple Dates Cake

Here is no sugar pineapple dates cake. Very soft, yum and totally guilt free.

1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
•1 Cup chopped Pineapple along with juice
•20 Seedless Dates
•1 Cup Water
•1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
•2 Whole eggs
•1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
•1/4 Lb Salted Butter
•Handful of Raisins
Boil together dates and pineapple in a cup of water for 5 minutes on medium high heat. Switch off the heat and add salted butter. Let the mixture cool down completely. Once it cools down, add it to mixer grinder and make fine puree. In a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs with electric beater on high for about 2 minutes. Add vanilla essence and mix.
