Luscious berry filling inside a delicious double crust. Grain-Free and Dairy-Free!

CRUST:
3 cups almond flour (Bob's Red Mill)
1 1/2 cups potato starch (not potato flour)
2 teaspoons guar gum (Bob's Red Mill)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or vegan butter (Earth Balance)
1/2 cup cold water
2 eggs
FOR THE FILLING:
4 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries + raspberries)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanila extract
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
1/4 teaspoon guar gum (Bob's Red Mill)
1/4 teaspoon agar powder (Now Foods)
