Fresh and healthy ricotta dessert, low in fat and calories, refined sugar-free.

120 g ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons yoghurt
1 ripe banana
100 g cherries, pitted
1 peach
1 slice of melon
1-2 tablespoons raw honey
