2 lbs lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 lg onion chopped
1 ,398 ml can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cups beef stock
1 cup frozen corn
1 ,10 oz can cream of tomato soup
2 tbs chilli powder
2 tsp cumin
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground pepper
1tsp salt
1 , 19 oz can black beans ( drained)
1/2 tsp oregano
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 lg onion chopped
1 ,398 ml can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cups beef stock
1 cup frozen corn
1 ,10 oz can cream of tomato soup

1 , 19 oz can black beans ( drained)
1/2 tsp oregano
In a large pot brown ground beef, adding onions half way through the browning process. Then garlic that has been finely chopped. Stir in all seasonings and let toast in beef mix for one minute. Now add stock , tomatoes, soup, beans and corn. Simmer for an hour and a half.
Garnish with sharp cheddar and serve with corn chips.
