A combination of fried noodles and rice one-pot dish. Great way to use up leftovers in the fridge.

1/2 cup leftover fried noodles
1 cup overnight rice
1 egg
Any type of vegetables or meat
1. Heat small amount of oil in pan, stir fry veg and / or meat till cooked. Scoop up and set aside. 2. Pour rice into pan, stir fry briefly and pour beaten egg over rice. 3. Add fried noodles and veg / meat and stir fry till done. (No need to add seasoning because the fried noodles already had seasoning).
