Delicious and super easy with only 4 ingredients, just throw together and bake for a scrumptious dinner!

1 Jar Apricot Pineapple Jelly
1 Bottle Catalina Salad Dressing (I use fat free)
1 Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
6-8 Chicken Pieces (I prefer skinless thighs but boneless skinless breasts taste just a yummy!)
1 Bottle Catalina Salad Dressing (I use fat free)

6-8 Chicken Pieces (I prefer skinless thighs but boneless skinless breasts taste just a yummy!)
Mix the jelly, dressing and soup mix in a bowl
Place chicken pieces in a 9x13" baking dish
Pour mixture over chicken and cover with aluminum foil
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 1hr, turn halfway through
Serve with rice and broccoli, serve the sauce on the rice!
