Super Easy Tuna Casserole

Super quick and yummy tuna casserole. Great for potlucks or family gatherings: comfort food that leaves them wanting more! Easily customized for bigger groups!!! Also, you can add paprika, cumin, garlic, beans, or BBQ sauce to change up the flavors a bit!

1 package Wide egg noodles
1 tsp Salt/pepper
1/2 cup Panko crumbs (or crushed crackers)
1/2 cup Grated cheese
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Frozen peas
2 cans Tuna fish
1 Egg
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cook noodles according to package directions. While water is boiling/ noodles are cooking, mix all other ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. 3. Strain noodles, return to pot. 4. Stir noodles and mixture together in pot. 5. Transfer to lightly greased casserole dish. 6. Cover with aluminum foil. 7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. 8. Remove foil and dust casserole with more cheese as desired. 9. Turn oven off and leave casserole in oven for 10-15 minutes.
