Super Fudgy Brownies with Chocolate Glaze

Amazingly fudgy and moist - these are the best brownies!

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Pinch of baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the glaze
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup whole milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
