This Sweet and Buttery Cornbread recipe uses real kernels of cream corn for an unbelievably delicious bread to go with your favorite soup.

½ cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 - 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 - 8.25 oz can cream corn
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
