Sweet and Spicy Citrus Basa

This is a healthy dish that tastes great. The kids even love it! Plus you just mix the ingredients, pour over fish and bake, it's that easy!

2 (6-ounce) basa fillets
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (1 orange)
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 teaspoon paprika

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
