Sweet and Tangy Pork Chops

Simple, quick and delicious are what you get with these pork chops! I've used this sauce with meatballs, so using it with pork chops was something I wanted to try. Turned out just as wonderful as I thought it might. Serve this up with rice, or in my case I served it with my Yummy Smashed Potatoes. Another great way to spice up those boring pork chops! -Robin

8 boneless medium cut pork chops
1 12oz. bottle chili sauce
1 cup grape jelly
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 12oz. bottle chili sauce
1 cup grape jelly
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and brown the pork chops. Salt and pepper each chop.
Once browned, place the pork chops in a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix the chili sauce and grape jelly together...
