A soup that is healthy and is standard easy thing to prepare with easy ingredients. This soup can be accompanied with soup sticks. Perfect thing to startyour dinner with on a chilly or rainy day.

sweet corn -250 gms
stock - 5 cups
sauteed vegetables- 1 cup
butter - 1 tbsp
cornflour - 2 tbsp
celery- 2 tbsp
capsicum - 75 gms
aji-o- moto- 1/2 tsp
salt, pepper and soya sauce as per taste

butter - 1 tbsp
cornflour - 2 tbsp
celery- 2 tbsp
capsicum - 75 gms
aji-o- moto- 1/2 tsp
salt, pepper and soya sauce as per taste
Heat butter and saute chopped celery and capsicum. Add stock. When boiled add ajino-moto, salt, pepper and soya sauce. Mix well and add sweet corn and the vegetables. stir for 1/2 a minute. Beat eggs and pour through a sieve into boiling soup.
