Sweet Cornbread - By Request

A sweet cornbread that is not too sweet. Light as a feather, moist and crumbly. Simple and easy to make, and bakes up as quick as a mix.

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
? cups sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
? cup oil
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 eggs, beaten
1¼ cup buttermilk
