An easy to cook and delicious recipe of Maggi Noodles cooked in milk. Perfect dessert for any celebration.

Maggi Noodles - 2 medium pack
Milk - 2 litre
Bay leaf - 1
Sugar - 3 tablespoon
Cardamon Powder - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cashew nuts – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Raisins – 2 teaspoon
Pistachio - 2 teaspoon (chopped)
Milk - 2 litre
Bay leaf - 1
Sugar - 3 tablespoon
Cardamon Powder - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cashew nuts – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Raisins – 2 teaspoon
Pistachio - 2 teaspoon (chopped)
Take a heavy bottomed pan and heat milk. When the milk is heated, lower the flame and let the milk reduce to one-fourth in quantity.
Now break the Maggi noodles.
In another pan, add ghee. When the ghee is heated, add the bay leaf and noodles and fry lightly.
Now add the reduced milk and sugar and stir.
Then add the chopped pistachio, cashew nuts and raisins.
After two to three minutes when the noodles are cooked, add cardamon powder.
Stir for one more minutes.
Garnish with chopped nuts and Serve chilled.
