Sweet Mango Cookies is crunchy cookies with the filling of mango chips.

200 grams of margarine , 100 grams of sugar, 4 egg yolks , half a teaspoon of baking powder , half a teaspoon of vanilla powder .
100 grams of cashews half cooked , puree . 50 grams of milk powder , flour hunkwee 50 grams , 250 grams of low -protein wheat .
For glazier :
60 grams of egg whites
250 grams of icing sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
yellow dye to taste
D. 250 grams of candied mango , cut into small pieces .
A Whisk ingredients until blended , insert B ingredients , and stir until evenly distributed . Milled dough with a thickness of 3 mm , and then print the form spherical diameter of 3 cm . place the dough on a baking sheet that has been printed that has been spread with margarine . Bake for 20-30 minutes in a hot oven 150 degrees Celsius . Once cooked and chilled and topped with a sprinkling of candied mango glazier . Allow to dry glazier or can be put in the oven with a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes .
