Sweet Pork with Tomatillo Dressing

After several recipe attempts I have found THE ONE. Better than going to a restaurant, and the dressing is the cherry on top!

Meat:
4-5 lb Boston shoulder pork roast
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons roasted garlic seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans cola
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
2/3 cup brown sugar

Dressing:
1/2 pint (1 cup) buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz cream cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 teaspoon roasted garlic seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
6-8 fresh tomatillos, husked and rinsed
2 cups cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Put a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Brown the roast on all sides. This step is optional, but brings out the best flavor. Mix the dry rub ingredients together
