This would have to be my favourite mash of all time. I absolutely love it, it’s so comforting and tastes great as a side to any meal.

1 cauliflower
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. nutmeg
100-150ml coconut milk
1 tbsp. greek yoghurt
4 sweet potatoes
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups/200g shredded kale
1 onion
1 tsp. coconut oil

1. Chop the cauliflower and sweet potatoes and place in a pan of boiling water. Boil for until tender (15 minutes)
