2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1/2 pound fresh sausage or chorizo
1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, about 2 medium potatoes
3 large garlic cloves
2 long stalks rosemary, about 1/4 cup of leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
