This recipe features a simple, yet elegant take on Chicken and is accompanied by a delicious quinoa salad.
For the Fresh Quinoa Salad
As much Quinoa as you want to add
1/2 apple, diced
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 diced tomato
3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
1/2 diced cucumber
Juice from 1 lime
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and Pepper
For the Sweet Sriracha Chicken
A few pieces of chicken, cut into cubes
Sriracha Sauce
Sweet Chili Sauce
Salt, Pepper, and Cumin
Skewers
As much Quinoa as you want to add
