Sweet Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Tonight I made this with a pot of long grain brown rice, I added Zucchini, Red Onion wedges and Mushrooms to the Chicken and stir fried together, then served over the long grain brown rice. It turned out so good and it is really easy.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1-2 tablespoons hot sauce(depending how spicy you Like)
salt and pepper to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
add Veggies at the last if you want to make this a stir fry such as
2 thick sliced Zucchini
1 Red Onion sliced in wedges
4 oz of Chopped Mushrooms
