Sweet Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Strawberry picking is among one of our favorite family activities! There is nothing like biting into a sweet, plump strawberry with the juice trickling down your chin! This strawberry rhubarb crumble has fresh picked strawberries and rhubarb with a buttery crumb topping that is out of this world!

Fruit Filling:
2 cups strawberries,diced
1 cup rhubarb, chopped
1/4 granulated sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons corn starch
For Crumble Topping:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 tablespoons butter, melted
