Vermouth is a great drink to serve with appetizers. Salty things are especially good with vermouth. Try it with pickles, potato chips, olives and salty meats such as Prosciutto.

1 tsp organic juniper berries
1 cinnamon stick
1 chamomile tea bag
1 rooibos tea bag
5 organic star anise pod
5 sage leaves
1 orange rind
8 cardamom pods
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 bottles Pinot Gris
1 cup sweet sherry

- Peel the orange. Make sure the remove the white pith from the rind.
