2 teaspoons garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
8 ounces vermicelli
