An Easy and Yummy Dinner the Whole Family will Love!

lb Fresh Ground Beef
1 cup cherry tomatoes (rinsed and sliced)
3 bunches green onions (rinsed and finely chopped)
1 can black beans (rinsed and heated)
1 can whole kernal corn (rinsed)
1 can black olives (chopped)
1 bag romaine lettece (rinsed, dried and chopped)
2 handfuls spinach (rinsed and dried)
1 tablespoon minced dried onion (*season to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic salt and garlic powder (*season to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (*season to taste)
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons salsa verde
1/2 bunch cilantro (rinsed and pulled off the sprig)
1 cup sour cream
packet ranch dressing mix
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 Medium lime (juiced)
1/2 teaspoon zest of lime

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
