This is my favorite soup! It is a little spicy, but then the addition of some plain yogurt gives it a creamy tanginess that is perfect scooped up with some corn chips!

2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
7 oz. can chilies
14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
16 oz. can ranch-style beans
15 1/4 oz can corn
1 1/2 c. water
14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
3 T. taco seasoning
2 T. ranch dressing mix
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Garnish with cheddar cheese, plain yogurt, and corn chips
Brown ground beef or turkey and onion together in large saucepan. Drain if using beef. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with shredded cheddar, plain yogurt or sour cream, and corn chips!

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.

Toss with the crisp lettuce, drizzle with the guilt-free flavorful dressing and finally top with croutons and cheese for the perfect main course!
